The customer must create an account or provide the necessary information to complete the order. After the order is validated, a confirmation email will be sent. Urban-Sneaks reserves the right to refuse an order if the information provided is incorrect or incomplete.

A full refund, excluding delivery charges, will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return.
